Shipping & Return Policy

Free Shipping within Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom & United States

No one likes surprises on checkout, therefore, if an item is available in the country you reside, all prices you see on the products are inclusive of shipping costs and no additional payment is required. The exception to this is with prints if you reside overseas. Shipping of prints is free within Australia, but postage costs are additional if you reside in another country.

After you order you will receive a confirmation from PayPal we use to process all payments. Your order will be confirmed from seascapepaintings. net normally within 24 hours and your oil paintings will normally be dispatched within 3 business days. For Limited Edition prints and other products, times may vary and will be listed in the product listings.

All items valued at more than $50AU are insured against loss and damage during transit.

Items originating in Australia such as paintings and most prints and gift products are either shipped via Australia Post or Pack and Send couriers, and in the instance of some prints and other products, directly from suppliers or manufacturers located in other countries used to assist in the end made product via which service they determine.

Can I track my order?

A global network of shipping services are used as local postal services within some countries to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. All attempt is made to ensure products are available to purchase from any particular country only if tracking can be provided.

Items lost in Transit

When an item with tracking is verified lost in transit, where possible, a replacement will be issued. If the item can not be resupplied a full refund including shipping will be refunded.

Where does my order ship from?

All paintings and Limited Edition prints and some other products are shipped directly from the artist.

Other items are shipped by 3rd Parties. Each of the 3rd party printers used from a global network of manufacturers, manufacture specific products and services in Australia, Europe, and the United States. All attempts are made to ensure your goodies will be printed in the most convenient location for your delivery address, ensuring fast shipping services!

Taxes & Custom Charges

Standard taxes such as GST or Vat are included in the total price displayed on the product page. Customs tax is impossible to determine for all countries and you may be required to pay customs tax on orders over a certain amount.

Returns & Exchanges

If your item should arrive damaged or defective, please contact me ASAP so that the issue can be resolved. Don’t return the product without contacting me first via the contact form, quoting order number, explaining clearly what the issue is and I will contact you as soon as possible. Please take photographs of any defective or damaged product so a replacement can be issued by the artist or the supplier of the end product. If a product can not be resupplied a full refund including shipping cost will be given.

Any non-defective oil paintings or Limited Edition prints sent directly from myself, including oil paintings and prints can be returned if I am contacted within 7 days of receipt of them at the purchases cost.

Unfortunately I cannot accept return of non-faulty gifts, homewares, decore ect due to a change of mind, wrong size chosen, or shipments sent to addresses where the wrong address was supplied on checkout.

Because of the nature of custom or personalised orders, they can also not be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Condition of Returns

Buyers are responsible for return postage or courier costs when returning original oil paintings and Limited Edition Prints because of change of mind. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
